This Is Skinny began in 2022 as a vague idea in the mind of Anna, a personal trainer with a background as a bartender. Her clients often shared their struggles with maintaining a fitness lifestyle over the weekends, feeling that their week’s progress was undone by a single night out with friends. The alternatives—wine or non-alcoholic drinks—didn't always satisfy, as sometimes, you just crave a good, flavorful cocktail.

Anna, a firm believer in balance, was convinced there had to be a way to enjoy both—a great drink and a healthy lifestyle. Driven by this vision, she set out to create a solution, and This Is Skinny was born.
