Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin undergoes a gentle, slow distillation process before being blended with a selection of traditional wild botanicals. These include verbena, prized for its citric elegance, Atlantic sea salt for its evocative scent, and fresh bay leaves, eucalyptus, sage, and mint, which lend an empathetic touch. Additionally, a mix of exotic ingredients such as juniper, cardamom, quinine, ginger, hibiscus, and tea are added, representing Galicia's distant travels.

The meticulous maceration process ensures that each ingredient fully infuses the gin, imparting its unique flavour. This careful attention to detail results in a distinctive and harmonious blend that captures the essence of the Atlantic coast and Galicia's rich botanical heritage.

The birth of Nordés, a gin native to Galicia, started with a group of friends gathered around a dish of octopus. During the meal, a renowned sommelier, a Galician winemaker, and a master distiller, all came together to envision a unique gin made from local ingredients, unlike any other. After extensive experimentation, they finally discovered the ideal combination of elements that embodied the essence of Galicia, leading to the creation of Nordés.
