This humble berry is one of five distinctive Celtic botanicals that form the core of Caorunn Gin, all hand-foraged from Scotland's natural bounty within a ten-minute walk of the distillery. Teamed with six traditional gin botanicals, this ingenious recipe captures the essence of the Scottish landscape.

But Caorunn Gin's innovation doesn't end there. It stands alone as the only gin in the world distilled in a working Copper Berry Chamber. This pioneering process ensures maximum flavour extraction from the botanicals, setting Caorunn apart as a true Gin Genius.
