While the recipe remains a closely guarded secret, transparency is upheld regarding the botanicals utilised. Following distillation, the gin undergoes triple-filtration for optimal smoothness, reflecting the commitment to quality and refinement.
The distillation process begins by placing the botanicals into the still, accompanied by premium neutral grain spirit and water. After maceration and gentle heating to avoid scalding, the liquid is divided into head, heart, and tails sections, with only the heart selected for further processing. After settling for at least three weeks, the gin is balanced with neutral alcohol and demineralised water to achieve a 43.5% alcohol content, ideal for savouring its unique personality in various cocktails.
